We use Australia Post for our orders and have a minium cost of around $18.00, this price covers all postage and handling as well as packing materials to ensure your plants arrive in the best possible condition. The maximum cost is related to type of postage, Parcel Post or Express Post and the overall weight of the order and is calculated by the software, but you will find most orders of around 4-5 plants costs between $20.00 and $30.00.
Local delivers and express post is usually the next day, while deliveries to Victoria and South Australia take around 4-5 days. This is why we only ship orders once a week on a Monday, to try and ensure all parcels arrive before the weekend. If you are concered about time or are shipping flasks we suggest using Express post where possible.
When Purchasing from our online store we can accept Credit card, Paypal, Afterpay and Zippay. In store at nursery we accept Cash, Credit card and Afterpay. We no longer accept direct deposits for online purchases as customers were taking too long to pay and offen depositing the wrong amount, this became very labour intensive and we therefore had to discontinue this service.
Yes, once your order is placed you will be automatically emailed an invoice from the system
Yes the nursery is open to the publice 6 days a week. We also host tours for Orchid clubs and Garden clubs and the like.
The Nursery is open 6 days a week. Monday - Thursday 8.00am-4.00pm, Friday & Saturday 8.00am-12.30pm and the nursery is closed on Sundays.
All your data is protected with our management staff being the only people to access of your personal information. All purchases are guarded using encryption systems.
Yes you are more then welcome to pick your order up direct from the nursery, just select local pick up at when checking out on the webpage. Local pickup orders are ready to go the next day, however if you need it before then simple let us know and we will ensure your order is picked and ready to go.
