Miltonia spectabilis

Miltonia spectabilis is found in Brazil at elevations around 800 meters, as a medium sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte that has ovate-oblong, compressed, yellowy pseudobulbs carrying 2 apical, linear-ligulate, rounded apically leaves that blooms in the summer and fall on a racemose, axillary, erect or arching, to 20 cm long, single flowered inflorescence arising with a new pseudobulb growth and subtended by imbricating sheaths and bracts that completely cover the ovary.

It is normal for the foliage and pseudobulbs to have a yellowish color and is actually a sign of perfect lighting which should be bright.
